Summary0000805: packetfence's init.d script condrestart not optimal
Descriptionthe init.d script checks var/pfmon.pid presence but for vlan isolation checking for var/pfsetvlan.pid would be more relevant

Should we rework that?

Causes problems when pfmon is crashed then logrotation happens and packetfence is not restarted because pfmon.pid is missing. snmptrapd now puts traps in snmptrapd.log.1 (a known log rotation effect) but pfsetvlan switches to snmptrapd.log because of File::Tail which intelligently detects log rotations. End effect: all daemons work but no trap are handled.

Added test in condrestart to check if pfsetvlan.pid exists. If so, restart packetfence.
