Can you try with the RHEL6 snort package instead of the F13 version? |

We will drop the pid in /usr/local/pf/var/run instead of /var/run. |

Specifying --pid-path on snort startup. We have not explictly tested on RHEL/CentOS 6 yet but we will in QA. Please re-open if necessary. |
