0001076: web administration field validation

Description

All fields in the web administration interface should be validated against the same regexp as CLI with per-field error reporting.

Would avoid situations like invalid SNMP passwords preventing to add a switch with a confusing error message where the user would believe he done something wrong (which he didn't).
