0001048: Proxy-support for pfcmd update ...

Description

The update mechanism (pfcmd update...) for DHCP fingerprints and IEEE OUI's could have a way to handle a proxied access to the Internet.

We are using LWP::UserAgent internally and this can be configured to use a proxy easily.

We would need to add parameters in pf.conf to make it clean.
