| Summary | 0001767: Cannot set the acces level of web admin in the user creation page |
| Description | When creating a user using the webadmin and you try to set the access level for the web admin, the field to select the access level is doesn't show. |
| Steps To Reproduce | Login to web admin.
Under User tab Click on create.
Under Action select "Set access level of webadmin". |
