0001546: configurator doesn't correctly parse lists of processes

Description

as seen in logs/packetfence.log after a Web-based configurator setup:

Sep 11 11:23:41 pfappserver_server.pl(0) INFO: successfully listed services (pfappserver::Controller::Configurator::services)

Sep 11 11:23:41 pfappserver_server.pl(0) ERROR: Argument "3975 3977" isn't numeric in numeric 
eq (==) at /usr/local/pf/html/pfappserver/script/../lib/pfappserver/Controller/Configurator.pm line 590.

It's a perl warning, not a big deal but we should just be ready for the string case (several pids).
