| Description | In the newer versions of perl module Net-Appliance-Session, the API completely changed. This breaking change will make a lot of code not working, especially the hardware modules. | |||||||
| Additional Information | DO NOT update your perl-Net-Appliance-Session package to versions > 1.36. Currently RPMForge is still at this version, but they may decide to update it soon. Add an exclude entry for that package in your yum.conf to make sure : /etc/yum.conf, under [main] : exclude = perl-Net-Appliance-Session | |||||||

This problem will be mitigated in 3.0.2 because our package will do an explicit require on version 1.36. |

Closing this. Mitigated since 3.0.2. 0001313 is the ticket that will track our port to the new API. |
