0001121: Improvements to the online POD documentation

Description

Tasks to improve our online (html) POD doc situation

- the package hierarchy under pf:: is not very visible
- POD for non .pl or .pm files (ie. our binairies) is not visible (subclass Pod::Simple::Search?)
- in a module documentation the module name is only in the titlebar.. it should also be a h1 somewhere (subclass Pod::Simple::HTML?)
- Links between modules don't work (or I haven't done them well)
