0001017: stale files in PF ZEN edition

Description

Could be removed:

- conf/sysctl.conf
- pfdetect_remote installed files (caused by the pfdetect_remote malformed package we had), files: conf/pfdetect_remote.conf and sbin/pfdetect_remote (maybe others?)
- html/admin/common/jpgraph/... (all except 2.3.4)

I'm sure there are others...
