Summary0001308: guest access by sms doesn't record firstname, lastname
DescriptionAuthentication mechanism doesn't record firstname, lastname in session which means that once the person is registered on confirmation the information is lost.

Also, phone number is not validated and characters are not stripped from it (a requirement for some carriers email to sms gateways).
