Summary0001082: Specify a VLAN per node
DescriptionRight now some issues prevent this:

- confusion between node.vlan and locationlog.vlan, will be fixed with 0000914
- often node wouldn't be in the switch's vlans=... list so we need to get rid of it with 0001081

node.vlan will become node.bypass_vlan and this will probably be committed soon in the context of 0000914

Remaining to decide:
- do we allow a VLAN # or a VLAN string as in switches.conf?
