0000886: cleanup: without trapping.passthrough packetfence doesn't start in vlan mode

Description

by default trapping.passthrough=iptables and vlan mode isn't compatible with that so packetfence won't start unless you put in trapping.passthrough=proxy.

What's worse is that proxy passthrough doesn't even work.. :S

Need to clean that up. But what should be done?
