Summary 0001041: better tracking of live nodes (expire nodes on inactivity)
Description In order to:
- expire nodes that aren't active on the network automatically (requested more and more + other solutions are doing it)
- have more accurate node information

We need to be better at understanding users that disconnects. Right now, the locationlog's contract is meant to track allowed MAC through port-security which is different than if the host is up or not.

For linkup/linkdown and mac-notification I think we already do the right thing but this would require testing.
For port-security, as long as the MAC doesn't move or a new device connects to the switch/ifindex entry is left open which is not the same as a notion of inactivity.
For anything else RADIUS, we don't do anything good right now and we should think of using RADIUS' accounting information for that.

Anyway, the need is there and so we should get something done to get there.
