0000916: memory displayed in the dashboard should not include buffers and cache
right now memory is always near 100% due to the way linux uses buffers and cache (great job by the way)

BUT because we show memory with these, we get a lot of emails saying memory is near 100% and we have to explain it's normal.

without buffers and cache, a scary 98% memory usage gets meaningful

it shouldn't be hard to implement
