Summary0000877: CSS editor for styles.css and mobile.css available in the web admin
DescriptionThis should be easy to do and will prove extremely useful for users that are not linux savvy.

In configuration section just put up a big textinput and feed it user/style.php and posting would overwrite that same file. Trivial.

doing it in a secure way might be harder though..

Revno a828044bdcdf6d483df9a4f07b86ab2eb4963dfe brings us closer to resolution. Also, implement the feature by using the mechanism used to provide editing for remediation pages introduced in 2.2.0.
