DescriptionBrowsing the admin, almost all pages' default sorting parameter are wrong.

For example:

99% of the time, I'm interested in seeing latest, open violations. Why then the default presentation is by linear vid..

We will do this in the next major release.

I already started implementation in trunk by adding default sort order to latest regdate.

implemented default sorts for a couple of screens and changed hidden fields and field orders. Will be in next release.
