Summary0001533: Allow a time period for guest registration
DescriptionGuests can only registers during a certain time frame (ie from 10AM to 6PM).
Outside of these hours, guests registration should be disallowed

It's relatively easy to do straight in the CGIs. But if there's demand we can push it in configuration. My only concern is that we don't support a date-time range type in native pf.conf style config.

Doing it simple would be trivial (ex: 10-18) but I'm pretty sure we'll get weirder requests with time (ex: 9-17 except on sunday).

Just thinking out loud.

These bugs have been sitting untouched since 2012.
Closing them and possibly reopening in github tracker where relevant.
