Summary0001420: Web Admin error-handling regression with errors in popup dialogs
DescriptionErrors are no longer displayed when working from inside a popup.

Introduced in 3.0.3 git rev: fdfc1a23f440ef4f7a6acd7607f29933c3b4f4a5 (mtn rev: 8d7f236596521189b1277294a8ac5aa09c4c40c3).

The fix introduced a global $_error that was displayed at a better spot on the admin pages but on error in the popup we simply exit(); because the error was printed inline before. We'll need to deal with this new $_error.

fixed in stable branch. No regression test because it would be hard and we are getting rid of this UI.
