Summary0001192: useragent violations doesn't work on class ids
DescriptionWith OS violations you can target a whole OS class. Ex: OS::11 targets all Smartphones/PDAs/Tablets fingerprints.

For useragent violation the id to class id mapping is there but the class id isn't triggered in the code.
